 Monday, Thursday 6:30 - 8:00 pm, Saturday 4:00 - 5:30 pm.

Our foundational practice from the ancient Kaula Tantra Yoga Tradition. This is one of the few places in the world offering this type of yoga.  Optimize your health beyond mere strength and flexibility.
Let go of stress,  integrate  your  body, mind, and spirit through balancing your prana or life force energy.

Strength and Inversions
Tuesday and Friday: 9;15- 11:15 am.   ​​
​​Build your strength, develop your core, reset and balance  your system through practices from traditional kung fu and yoga. Includes body weight exercises, low impact cardio, bandhas (body locks), and pranayama (breathing exercises).  ​​

​Thursday: 5:00 - 6:30 pm.  ​​
​​ Ayurveda is the science of energy in the body. By applying pressure to certain points we make the flow of energy easier. This is felt by a lightness of the body and a clarity of the mind.
